Mixing this in cold water is very easy. It gives good consistency and i dont have difficulty in drinking this creatine eventhough it is unflavored.

I would try another brand for creatine as well.. thiss one causes the bloating too much for me.

Before leaving home for exercise I drink this creatine shake daily from 1 month.. the quantity is soo good, i thinkk it will go on for 20 more days.
