1. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is rich in vitamin C and boosts collagen for youthful skin. It fades dark spots, reduces pigmentation, detoxifies the skin, and flushes out toxins, leaving skin clear and fresh.

2. Beetroot helps boost oxygen circulation, fades acne marks, and promotes skin cell renewal for an even tone.

3. Carrots are high in Beta-Carotene which gives skin a natural glow. It also provides hydration to the skin preventing dullness & dryness, reduces fine lines, and improves elasticity.

Amla Juice

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Amla (deseeded and chopped) = 5-6 
  • Fresh peeled turmeric = 1 inch
  • Ground Black Pepper = ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh Curry Leaves = 8-10 leaves
  • Water = 1 cup or as needed to increase the smoothness of the juice
  • Honey = 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice (optional) = ½ teaspoon

Preparation:

  1. Add amla, fresh turmeric, black pepper, and curry leaves to a blender, put 1 cup of water, and blend until smooth. 
  2. The juice is almost ready, take out the mixture into the glass or strain the mixture for a smooth juice.
  3. Optional: Add honey and a few lemon drops for a refreshing taste.

Beetroot Juice or ABC Juice

Ingredients:

  • Apple = 1  
  • Beetroot = 1 medium
  • Carrot = 1 medium
  • Lemon Juice = ½ teaspoon
  • Water = ½ cup or as needed to increase the smoothness of the juice

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the apple, beetroot, and carrot into small pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender with ½ cup of water and blend until smooth.
  3. The juice is almost ready, take out the mixture into the glass or strain the mixture for a smooth juice.
  4. Optional: Add a few lemon drops for a refreshing taste.

What Should Be The Daily Routine For Best Results?

Glutathione Tablets: Daily, take one Glutathione tablet with water after breakfast 

Amla Juice: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (at any time of the day)

Beetroot/ABC Juice: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (at any time of the day)
