It gets to little time for any one use Omega capsules .. mujhe shuru me ulti bhi hui dr ko dikhayi toh unhone bola dheere dheere adjut krne se ye feeling sahi hoga.

Omega fish oil capsules are so good and capsule without any problem becaus eof size .

Completely normal capsules no side effects like the one omega 3 i used.. it gave me vomitting feeling but this one is like normal capsule.

In my knowledge omega is important but it is avaialble very costly.. HK vitals is giving better deals and that too it covers more thena 1 month.
