The effect when i start using weight gainer is slow but after 2 month i tell you, i am eating more and 3 kg increased.

I could say this weight gainer help me decently in weight gaining. Along with this i allso eat bananas and muesli so ultimately calory increased and my weight also.

Only taking weight gainer not help but increase my full eating habit, so i get extra calory and increase weight 5kg last month.

I using from 4 months this is i started 2nd bottle of GNC weight gainer, the good thing is its flavor and the result it promises of weight gain.. I'm eating extra also and this protein powder also..

This very expensive weight gainer is my first product apart from eating food to gain weight and bulking process.

I dont believe it is so tasty and also working for weight gain.

Taste is worst, does not even mix properly in the water. But other products from GNC are good but this one is not at all worth.
