it is good for melatonin i try i get sleep in morning also but this i no feel same.

Muscles ka itna koi load nhi hai mae gym nhi jata hu lekin neend or thakan k liye hai

No major benefit of using magnesium tablets.. atleast not for sleep .. but muscle cramps intensti is low.
