After so many people told me i should start vit B12 that's when I took it seriously and start this Himalayan organics supplement.

The effects of these vitamin B12 can be slow. But eventually it maintains the vitamin B levels.

Daily taking 1 vit B12 capsules for my tingling sensation in hands and weakness. The weakness is less now.
