Even for someone like me who likes to keep the sleeping schedule tight and dont want to compromise, its good.. i am using melatonin on a general basis and happy.

From one month my sleeping routine was very up and down and kept on changing.. I needed something to correct it, so i gave this melatonin a try because its completely organic.. thank god it worked.

Used continue for a week after that came down to alternate days. once the dosage is adjusted, you can see it helps a lot.
