I used already omega capsules but this tie I thought of changing the source.. this is also not bad.

This Carbamide fish oil capsules are my most used fish oil.. I dont use it regularly but for 2 months and take a break for 1 month nd then start it again.. this has kept me going good in my health.

For me using this fish oil capsule is easy because i am a non vegetarian, on top of it i see how good it is for my heart health.
