I love this product due to its quality and the quantity at this price point.

1 capsule of arginine daily when dietitian told me now i take daily for good training sessions.

I will not use it again because it do not have any beteer impact. its like not using anything because alreay having protein supplements

L-arginine i tried understand its working.. so i bough with ither supplemnts also but now its just in my home not used by any1.

Was not aware of anything like L-arginine tablets existing. But after my gym friends told me i tried and it has given me relief in muscle strains and quite helpful in sessions also.

This L-Arginine product takes long to show the effect, so i will change to some other product for the same cause.
